• 1023 Filing EZ – A shorter, online-only form for small nonprofits with projected annual gross receipts of (ie $50,000) and total assets of (ie $250,000). – $275.00
• 1023 Filing – Required for organizations that do not meet the 1023-EZ eligibility requirements, generally those with higher annual gross receipts or assets. – $600.00
