The Arkansas-born R&B artist begins a renewed creative chapter with her first release ahead of a forthcoming fall EP
DALLAS, TEXAS — July 21, 2026 — R&B singer-songwriter Alexis Ray Parker will release her new single, “A Better Man,” on August 13, 2026, through Artist Partner Group (APG). The record marks Parker’s return to music and offers the first introduction to a forthcoming EP scheduled for release this fall.
Blending soulful vocals, honest storytelling and contemporary R&B production, “A Better Man” captures Parker at a pivotal point in her artistic evolution. The single reflects the emotional clarity she gained after stepping away from music in 2022 to focus on personal growth, healing and rediscovering her creative direction.
