Dallas, TX — November 5, 2025 — The BH365 Education Foundation, in partnership with Overlap Capital, is proud to announce Moment Makers: A BH365 Live Event — a four-hour year-end giving pledge drive that celebrates the innovators who shaped our world and those still shaping it. The live online broadcast will take place on Friday, November 14, 2025, beginning at 10:00 AM CST, featuring a powerful lineup of special guests from the worlds of business, technology, and education.

Hosted by Adolphus (“Al”) Nolan, III, Board President of the BH365 Education Foundation and Principal Advisor at Overlap Capital, the event will explore how innovation, culture, and education intersect to shape the future — while raising funds to expand the BH365 curriculum across more classrooms and school districts nationwide.
“Moment Makers is about celebrating the people who move history forward — from the great innovators of our past to the changemakers of today,” said Nolan. “This event is our invitation for individuals and organizations to invest in the cultural and educational legacy that unites us all.”

Each “moment” highlights a historical innovator featured in the BH365 curriculum alongside a modern entrepreneur, artist, or technologist carrying that legacy forward today.
Throughout the event, viewers can contribute pledges directly to the BH365 Foundation through a real-time giving portal, with sponsorship tiers including:
- $36.50 – Support for one student
- $365 – Sponsorship for a classroom
- $3,650 – Sponsorship for a full school’s curriculum access
- $36,500 – Presenting partner level
