Overlap Capital is hiring a Marketing Manager to own and operate the marketing systems that support CapAdvise™ and Overlap Capital’s broader capital readiness platform. This role is about infrastructure, measurement, and conversion—not vibes, not vanity metrics.
You will be responsible for managing and integrating the tools that power lead generation, attribution, onboarding, and lifecycle communication. The goal is simple: build a marketing engine that produces qualified, capital-ready businesses—not noise.
This role requires both technical fluency and strategic judgment.
Core Systems You’ll Own
You will be expected to confidently work across the following platforms:
- HubSpot – CRM, lifecycle stages, pipelines, automation
- WordPress – site management, content updates, integrations
- WPFunnels – funnel creation, optimization, and conversion logic
- WPForms – structured intake forms and data capture
- Mixpanel – user behavior tracking and funnel analytics
- Google Analytics – traffic analysis, attribution, performance insights
- CallRail – call tracking, source attribution, lead quality
- Mailchimp – email campaigns, segmentation, and automation
These tools must work together. Siloed systems are failure modes.
What You’ll Do
- Design, manage, and optimize marketing funnels tied to CapAdvise™
- Ensure clean data flow between forms, funnels, CRM, and analytics
- Track and interpret user behavior across the full lifecycle
- Build reporting that reflects readiness, not just clicks
- Support onboarding flows for users and business development partners
- Collaborate with product, advisory, and engineering teams to align messaging with reality
- Continuously refine conversion logic based on performance data
What This Role Is Not
- Not a social media-only role
- Not a content calendar manager
- Not a branding-only position
This is an operations-grade marketing role.
Certification Requirement
All Marketing Managers are required to become certified as Business Funding Strategists through Overlap Capital’s Business Funding Strategy Checklist certification program.
This ensures you:
- Understand the capital readiness journey you are marketing
- Speak accurately about lending and investment paths
- Build campaigns aligned with real outcomes—not promises
Certification is mandatory and part of onboarding.
Who You Are
You’re a strong fit if you:
- Think in systems, flows, and data integrity
- Are comfortable owning complex marketing stacks
- Understand that attribution matters
- Prefer evidence over assumptions
- Can translate platform behavior into actionable insights
Experience in SaaS, financial services, advisory, or B2B platforms is helpful. Precision is required.
Who This Role Is For
- Marketers who enjoy building and maintaining infrastructure
- Operators who care about clean data and real conversion
- Professionals who want to work closely with product and advisory teams
Who This Role Is Not For
- Brand-only marketers
- Candidates unfamiliar with analytics and attribution
- Anyone uninterested in learning the capital domain
