We are currently investing out of our $250K Fund I, making investments of $25K-$50K in early-stage angel rounds.
High quality, resilient management team with at least one full-time founder
Must have high-level Ai expertise
Pre product market fit (We are very early)
Disruptive business model solving an important problem
Large total market size ($1B+) with positive demand drivers
Attractive valuation in priced or capped Angel Round (2.5%+ equity target with $1MM post-money valuation)
Clean capitalization table
Ability for Overlap Capital to add strong added value
Investment realization horizon of 4 to 7 years
